Application for Membership to the WFA
Thank you so much for deciding to join the Wing Family of America, Inc. We are so happy to include you in one of the oldest (if not the oldest) Family Genealogical Societies in the United States of America.
If you are a Wing descendant (or a spouse or adopted child of a Wing descendent) and you are interested in becoming a member of the Wing Family of America, you may do so in a variety of ways. The most important thing is that you type or write legibly and that you include as much information as you can.
Please do not be overly concerned if you cannot complete your lineage in full (especially if you have had a relative who had previously joined the WFA). If you have questions concerning your lineage you are welcome to contact Raymond T. Wing who is the WFA Genealogist. You do not have to be a member of the WFA to contact him and he would be delighted to help you out.
Please feel free to submit information in alternative formats (i.e. from genealogy program, Family Group or Pedigree Charts, etc.) You do not have to use our Application to join the WFA.

been having some problems with the other file that was up here so I changed it. I have experimented with it several times and it prints out all right for me. If it happens that it does not print out right for you, please contact me at TONI and I will send the application via email.

Or fill out the PDF WFA Application. This is a PDF (Portable Document Format) file which requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in to be installed on your Web Browser. If you do not currently have the Acrobat Reader plug-in you can download and install it by clicking on the logo below. Downloads are available for your Windows, Macintosh, Unix or other platform.
Now, don't let this frighten you. Your computer won't blow up and your files will remain intact. In fact, you probably do have a version already
installed on your computer. Just click the application link WFA Application to find out. Print that little baby out and you are ready to go.
If after you print it out, you are wondering how to fill it out (it can be a little complex)...just click on the Sample Application and it will help you a great deal.
Now, if you cannot open either application you should click the little PDF button down below...it will take you to the place where you can get the reader. It only takes a couple of minutes and you are all set to get your application.
Okay, now you have the application filled out and all you do is grap an envelope and address it to:

Add a stamp, enclose the check, lick the envelope and send it in...and Toni will handle everything from there.
