SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: Thursday, June 19, 2008 Early arrivals meet at 6:00 P.M. at Cooke's Seafood, Rte 132 across from the Cape Codder for dinner. (Pay for your own meal). Friday, June 20, 2008 9:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Registration at the Wing Family Fort House in Sandwich. (Guided tours of the Fort House available from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.). 1:00 - 4:00 P.M. Board of Directors Meeting at the Cape Codder. (Room to be posted). 6:00 P.M. Family Gathering/Social at the Cape Codder in the JFK Ballroom. (Cash Bar). Registration will continue at the entrance of the JFK Ballroom. 7:00 P.M. Dinner at the Cape Coddler in the JFK Ballroom. (In keeping with past reunions this will be our formal dress event). The dinner menu will have a choice of "Fresh Baked Haddock w/ sherried crumb topping" OR "Roast Sliced Sirloin w/mushroom gravy." Each choice will also include Chowder, Salad, Seasonal Vegetables, Dessert and Beverage. 8:00 P.M. Evening Program Saturday, June 21, 2008 Breakfast on your own. 10:00 A.M. Cape Codder JFK Ballroom. Registration will continue. Annual business meeting for all the Wing family members. The family photo will be taken directly after the annual meeting. Board of directors Meeting after the family photo. 2:00 P.M. Barbecue Buffet/Program...In the Courtyard, weather permitting. Otherwise inside on location. Menu will include chicken, baby-back ribs, hamburgers, hotdog's, Italian sausage, corn on the cob, Boston baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, pasta salad and chilled watermelon.
