A direct descendant of the Reverend John and Deborah Wing, the widow Deborah
Wing left England with four sons and her father in 1632 and came to Boston, Mass.
They settled in Sandwich, Mass in 1637.

Great Grandma Wing's Soap

Created by District 12 for the 2009 National WFA Reunion in Seaside, Oregon

This soap was made by the Sappo Hill Soap Co., Ashland, Oregon. It
is rough cut and wrapped in fabric as our pioneer ancestors may
have made or purchased it long ago. The soap is cut in a round
shape measuring 2 3/4" with hole in center suitable to hang on
a rope if you so desire. It is almond scented and comes with
the card as shown. There are four different fabrics to chose from.
