Volunteers Needed

Assist with a book project

Do you have an interest in Genealogy? The WFA is actively working on several book projects and could use your help. Several years ago, the WFA set a goal of creating a genealogy book for each of the 93 numbered great-grandchildren of Rev. John and Deborah. We have several active projects, including some nearing completion and some that are just starting. We can use help with genealogy research and editing. Experience with genealogy is not required.

If you are interested or would like to know more, please contact Mark Wing at genealogist@wingfamily.org.

Volunteer to Transcribe a Wing Diary!

Here's your chance to volunteer to transcribe John Mansir Wing's diary.  John Mansir Wing was a WFA charter member.  We will learn more about him in future Windows on the Wings as we countdown to the 125th anniversary of the founding of the WFA in 1902. Click here for more information.

Other opportunities

Do you like to do research?  Perhaps you’d like to write some articles for The OWL or Window on the Wings.  Do you have financial experience?  Maybe you could volunteer for the Budget Committee.  Marketing?  We are always looking for help in that area.  If you would like to volunteer or you’d like to see if your skills are a fit for a WFA job, please contact Cyndy Doherty at vicepresident@wingfamily.org
