The 2024 Reunion Schedule

 

The Early Bird Dinner takes place Thursday, June 20, in the Big Tent, behind the History Museum. There will be a buffet dinner with a cash bar.

 

Reunion Headquarters will be located at the Wing History Museum on Friday from 9 a.m. onward. Please remember to check in and to get your name tags when you arrive!

 

Friday: Check in begins at 9:00 a.m.

9:30 a.m. to Noon – The WFA Board Meeting will be at the 1st Church, 136 Main St. in Sandwich.

Noon to 2:00 p.m. – Picnic lunch in the Big Tent.

After Lunch – Visit with your cousins in the tent, enjoy coffee and pastries all afternoon. Deaccessioned Wing items from the museum also will be on display for viewing prior to the auction on Saturday afternoon.

5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. – WFA Annual Dinner at the Bay Pointe Club. Attire is casual.

 

Saturday: 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – The Annual Membership Meeting will be in the Big Tent behind the History Museum. A brief Board Meeting will follow.                                

12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Barbecue Lunch in the Big Tent behind the History Museum.

2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.  – Auction in the Big Tent! Support our WFA by attending this new auction event and take home an antique belonging to a Wing ancestor!

4 p.m. to 6 p.m. – Ice Cream Social in the Big Tent

 

Sunday: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. – Coffee & Pastries in the Big Tent

10 a.m. – Morning Service inside the History Center                                                                                          

Noon – Adjournment

Additional Information

The new Gift Shop will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and for last minute purchases and on Sunday morning from 9 a.m. -11 a.m.

​

Dave Wheelock will be giving tours of the newly renovated Fort House from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Be sure to visit!

​

Outdoor games for kids and adults will be available all-day Friday & Saturday on the Fort House and History Museum lawns.
